Reading:  Students will learn about solving problems by talking things out. 
Spelling: Students will review oy, oi words
Math: Students will learn how to use a hundred chart to compare numbers and read data from a chart. 
Grammar: Students will learn about possessive nouns and adjectives
Science: Students will learn about things that happen at night; job, nocturnal animals, etc. 
Writing: Students will finish their letters to Santa.

Math: Students will review basic addition and subtraction sentences
Grammar: Students will review nouns and verbs
Science: Students will learn about new and exciting inventions.

New School Year

Welcome to another school year.  We are excited about all of the wonderful things we will be learning this year.  Next week homework with start.  Please remember to practice your spelling words and to read nightly.  All homework will come home on Monday except for their daily time test.  All homework is due on Friday.
